Auto Collections Specialist
Location Tempe, AZ | WFH Flex after 1 Month Training
Compensation & Schedule
• $19.00/hour
• 8-hour shifts between 6:00am – 10:00pm, mandatory OT at month-end
• W2 employment
• Start date: August
ROLE IMPACT
Support a nationwide bank’s auto loan servicing department by managing delinquent accounts through outbound collections and negotiation strategies. This role is key to maintaining borrower relationships while reducing delinquency and improving recovery performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Initiate and receive high-volume calls to resolve delinquent auto loan accounts
• Perform skip tracing and manual outreach to locate borrowers
• Negotiate account resolutions in line with company policies
• Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes
• Meet performance benchmarks and quality standards consistently
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years’ experience in auto loan or consumer collections (must be shown on resume)
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Clear criminal background and drug screening
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Predictive dialer systems
• Skip tracing tools
• CRM platforms
• Microsoft Office Suite
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Passion for exceeding metrics and team goals
• Experience working in a remote/hybrid environment
• Familiarity with FDCPA compliance
