ROLE IMPACT
As a National Account Executive, you will drive strategic revenue growth by building lasting relationships with national clients and promoting a full range of renovation and construction services. This high-impact role is suited for an ambitious sales leader who thrives on client engagement, negotiation, and expanding market presence in sectors such as multifamily, hospitality, and commercial renovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage multiple national client accounts and projects with efficient time management
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support nationwide growth objectives
• Represent the company at trade shows, golf tournaments, and networking events
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and negotiate scopes of work and contracts
• Act as primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service and execution
• Analyze market and customer trends to identify new business opportunities
• Promote all company services across multiple verticals to a national audience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–5 years of sales or marketing experience in construction or renovation
• Proven success in national account management and business development
• Established network and client relationships in multifamily, hospitality, or renovation sectors
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must possess reliable transportation and be open to 20%+ overnight travel
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts and scopes of work
• CRM software proficiency
