CornerStone Staffing has partnered with company that is looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Coordinator to deliver excellent services to customers and the providers!

 

Location: WORK FROM HOME **Must reside in the DFW area***

Pay: $18.50hr


Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Training hours: Monday -Friday 9am to 5:30p

Job Details:

  • Support the telehealth operations, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer service, administrative, scheduling needs, and school, provider, pharmacy, and/or student follow up.

  • Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacy staff to connect customers to medical and emotional health care.

  • Take inbound calls, texts, emails, chats, and tickets from customers and providers, as well as assist with any concerns customers have about their care; manage referrals; work with pharmacies on refills, prescription issues, update providers with messages from pharmacies; and follow up with students to check on their outcomes.

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferred.

  • Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual a plus, but not required)

  • Healthcare experience is a MUST

  • Must have WFH experience

  • 2+ years of Call Center experience handing crisis/urgent situations

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
