Join a prestigious university's procurement team and play a pivotal role in managing supplier data that directly supports campus-wide purchasing and payables. Position: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Fort Worth, TX | Onsite
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Duration: 3+ months, potential through year-end
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate end-to-end supplier onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies promptly
• Validate supplier data using IRS and international compliance tools
• Maintain supplier records across financial platforms and ensure document retention compliance
• Serve as backup for University Credit Card Program and assist Accounts Payable reporting as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High accuracy and speed in data entry
• Proficiency with Office 365 and financial systems (ERP)
• Strong technical aptitude for navigating supplier databases
• Experience managing numerical data and interpreting compliance results
