Bilingual Credit Associate – Construction Distribution | Hybrid Flex | High-Volume, Customer-Focused Role
CornerStone Staffing is actively recruiting a Bilingual Credit Associate (English/Spanish) to support credit and collections operations for a leading construction distribution company. This is a full desk role with no direct reports—ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, customer-first environment and wants to grow within a team-oriented culture.
Location: Addison, TX | Hybrid after 30–60 days (Mon/Tues + every other Friday onsite)
Pay: $65,000 – $75,000 (DOE) + Annual Bonus (5% max paid out for last 6 years)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Shift options: 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
• Full desk support from credit approvals through collections
• Work with Spectran system for auto-approvals; review manual approvals as needed
• Ensure compliance with lien and bond laws during approval process
• Communicate daily with Spanish-speaking customers and sales teams
• Use Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), Solar Eclipse, Get Paid, and other platforms
• Maintain high responsiveness and proactive problem-solving across accounts
What You Bring
• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• 8–10 years of credit/collections experience (or 4–6 years with a degree)
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems
• Background in construction or distribution (not manufacturing) preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting
• Passion for providing exceptional service to customers and internal partners
