CornerStone Staffing is recruiting Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Managers for a growing personal injury law firm in Houston, TX. Pay: $24.00 – $31.25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, business hours
What You'll Be Doing
• Reach out to new clients within 24 hours of assignment (phone, text, email)
• Act as the primary contact for clients during treatment and record-gathering phases
• Ensure monthly checklist compliance—no item older than 7 days
• Track and follow up on client medical treatment plans and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate with attorneys and providers to ensure smooth and timely case progression
• Keep client files audit-ready: clean, current, and complete
What You Bring
• 2+ years of experience in legal case management (personal injury)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with Needles or Neos software is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
