ACCOUNT COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

ROLE IMPACT
Account Coordinators/Customer Service Representatives play a critical role in managing the shipment lifecycle for customer accounts. You will coordinate logistics activities to ensure that freight is transported efficiently and profitably while meeting client requirements. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success for the logistics provider.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and direct all activities related to shipment processes from initial pickup through proof of delivery
• Monitor and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery using the most cost-effective transportation methods
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding shipment status and resolve service issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to optimize shipment handling and performance
• Ensure compliance with account-specific requirements and maintain accurate documentation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of office or account services experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass a clear criminal background check
• Must pass a clear drug screen

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Shipment tracking platforms
• Internal logistics and CRM systems
