Customer Service Representative
Location Fort Worth, TX Hybrid – Onsite for Training & Monthly Meetings
Compensation & Schedule
• $19/hr.
• Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift with 1-hour lunch (shift options: 7AM–4PM, 8AM–5PM, 9AM–6PM, 10AM–7PM)
• Start Date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of support for customer inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and courteous assistance via phone and email. You will be essential to maintaining service level standards and delivering a positive experience to customers across various touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter and manage customer requests received via phone and email, ensuring service levels are met
• Answer inbound calls to assist customers with returns, order status, and general inquiries
• Direct customers to appropriate departments when necessary
• Monitor Salesforce email and case queues regularly, following up within SLA timeframes
• Complete training assignments and participate actively in team meetings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong adaptability and willingness to handle varied responsibilities
• Comfortable communicating clearly with customers

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Salesforce case/email queues
• Standard email and phone systems
• Company-specific internal systems and CCCE learning platforms

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with phone-based customer service
• Participation in team activities and cross-training opportunities
• Comfortable with hybrid schedules and shifting priorities
