Job Title: Medical Call Center Supervisor
Location:
Onsite | Fort Worth, TX - 76109
Compensation & Schedule:
• Pay Range: $20–$22/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Direct Hire
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct daily production flow and supervise a designated team in procurement functions
• Ensure department meets service quality standards and procedural compliance
• Oversee employee training, protocol updates, and distribute operational changes
• Handle department-specific HR matters and foster a productive team culture
• Conduct routine reviews of reports, invoices, and departmental logs
• Fill in for management as needed and attend meetings or overnight travel when required
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and IIPP compliance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent - will be verified
• Must have 2+ years of past supervising experience
• Must have 2+ years of call center experience
• Must have 2+ years of medical experience
• 2–3 years’ experience in a professional office setting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
