Banking Customer Service Representative
Location Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid (Mon & Fri Remote; Tues–Thurs Onsite)
Compensation & Schedule
• $18.00–$25.00/hr
• Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (8:00 AM–5:00 PM during training)

ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures exceptional client experiences by managing high-volume inquiries across multiple digital and traditional channels. As part of a multi-channel contact center, you’ll be instrumental in supporting banking operations and cross-selling financial products, helping drive client retention and satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to 30–50 inbound calls daily, along with emails and secure messages
• Navigate and operate within 30 internal systems to resolve customer inquiries
• Cross-sell banking products including loans, credit cards, and digital services
• Provide support for online/mobile banking, transaction issues, and account maintenance
• Apply bank policies and regulatory guidelines in real-time decision-making

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–5 years’ experience in a bank contact center or complex banking environment
• 3+ years’ experience supporting digital banking platforms (mobile, online, e-comm)
• 2+ years' experience using Jack Henry Silverlake core (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong learning agility for new systems
