ROLE IMPACT
This role is critical in managing and enhancing client relationships through proactive support and timely issue resolution. As the primary contact for a dedicated client group, you’ll play a key part in driving satisfaction and ensuring service excellence across day-to-day interactions and system ticket management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as main point of contact for assigned clients, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues
• Manage client tickets and follow-ups using CRM and internal systems
• Support overflow call handling and dispatch service requests as needed
• Issue purchase orders and perform basic pricing analyses
• Coordinate communication across clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a professional setting
• Ability to type 35+ WPM and manage multiple client accounts concurrently
• Basic proficiency in Excel, including ability to search and compile spreadsheet data
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Internal ticketing and order systems
• Internet-based research platforms

• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and flexibly across remote/hybrid environments
