Customer Service Representative
Location Hybrid | Remote-US / Hybrid
Compensation & Schedule
• $17.00/hr
• Monday–Friday, schedule TBD
ROLE IMPACT
This role serves as a vital first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and providers, ensuring timely assistance and resolution of pharmacy-related inquiries. Success is defined by delivering exceptional service, accurate information, and seamless coordination of refills and shipments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Accurately process prescription refills and coordinate shipment scheduling
• Deliver clear information and next steps to patients and providers
• Adhere to company policies while resolving caller needs effectively
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow-up actions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Healthcare industry experience a plus
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM
• Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required within 30 days of hire
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Call center telephony systems
• Internal pharmacy processing platforms
