ROLE IMPACT
This entry-level position is central to ensuring accurate processing of securities for both public and private companies. As a key point of contact within a high-volume transfer agency, the Account Representative enhances service quality, builds core financial operations expertise, and supports compliance in securities transactions.
KEY DUTIES
• Execute issuance and transfer of stock and securities per client requests
• Deliver professional, timely service to corporate clients and shareholders
• Record transactions in line with internal and regulatory guidelines
• Assist with fund administration and client reporting tasks
• Partner with internal departments to resolve operational inquiries
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or pending graduation within 3 months
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC applications
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under deadlines
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Onsite role requiring consistent computer use
• Must be able to remain seated and work at a desk for extended periods
• Client-facing role requiring professional business attire
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Fluency in Mandarin
• Experience in financial services or administrative roles
• Demonstrated problem-solving in deadline-driven environments
