Auto Recovery Specialist
Location Carmel, IN | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST (30-minute lunch)
• W2, 5-month assignment
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports the recovery team by ensuring accurate data entry related to vehicle recovery, auction, and financial records. Successful performance contributes to effective vendor coordination and timely insurance claims processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter data including MMR, Floor Price, Sale Price, and sale dates into internal systems
• Monitor and respond to incoming emails in shared inboxes
• Communicate with vendors and lenders regarding vehicle recovery details
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience working with vehicle lenders or financial institutions
• Familiarity with vehicle auction processes and documentation
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Outlook
• Internal recovery or insurance management systems
• Email management platforms
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in auto insurance or financial services
• Strong attention to detail in data entry
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
