Auto Collections Specialist
Tempe, AZ | Remote-US (WFH after training)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $19.00 per hour
• 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Sunday
• Mandatory overtime at month-end

ROLE IMPACT: As a frontline representative in auto loan recovery, this role is key to reducing delinquency and maximizing revenue while maintaining strong borrower relationships. Your performance directly supports the company’s financial health through efficient, results-driven interactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect on delinquent auto loan accounts via dialer and manual efforts
• Deliver best-in-class customer interactions to resolve payment issues
• Investigate causes of delinquency and negotiate payment resolutions
• Maintain productivity and quality standards for account management
• Perform skip tracing and update account details as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of collections experience — required, must be shown on resume
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Availability for overtime and remote work after initial training

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Auto-dialer platforms
• Skip tracing tools and databases
• CRM and collections tracking systems
• Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Spanish Bilingual - highly preferred
• Passion for exceeding performance goals
• Motivated by bonus potential through overtime
