Fleet Workout Account Specialist
Location Fort Worth, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $29–$32 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• W2
• Target start date: July 21
ROLE IMPACT
This role plays a critical part in minimizing financial risk by managing delinquent Fleet customer accounts, negotiating asset recovery, and executing risk assessments on restructure proposals. The position supports the overall health of the portfolio by ensuring compliance, protecting collateral, and aligning with both local and global credit standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with a range $1 million to $10 million in outstanding balances
• Execute collections and manage workout strategies for Fleet customers, including credit analysis and restructure write-ups
• Negotiate payment plans, asset returns, and liquidation outcomes with stakeholders including legal, consultants, and buyers
• Maintain detailed financial assessments to support restructure and collateral protection decisions
• Monitor and present portfolio risks to internal committees and management
• Assist delinquent customers with inquiries and resolution efforts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• REQUIRED MINIMUM 3–5 years commercial collections experience, particularly large-ticket customers
• Credit experience with financial statement and collateral analysis
• Proven negotiation skills and familiarity with deficiency recovery or bankruptcy cases
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
