Compensation & Schedule
• $20–$23/hour
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• W2 Employment / Long Term Temp Assignment
ROLE IMPACT: The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a key role in supporting cash flow and revenue recognition by ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and payment collection. This position supports financial health by managing outstanding receivables and customer accounts with precision and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate and issue invoices in accordance with customer agreements
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
• Apply payments accurately and reconcile discrepancies
• Communicate with clients to resolve billing questions or disputes
• Support month-end closing with AR reporting and analysis
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel & QuickBooks Pro
• Email and phone-based customer communication
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience handling B2B collections
• Familiarity with cash applications and account reconciliations
• Exposure to multi-entity accounting environments
