ROLE IMPACT
This role supports the daily operations of the department by performing moderately complex administrative tasks. Success is defined by accurate document processing, data reconciliation, timely supply procurement, and professional customer service that supports internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and process requisitions and receive office supplies for department operations
• Verify, process, and maintain documents including timesheets, leave forms, bills, payments, and receipts
• Draft and input routine correspondence, reports, and official forms
• Respond to public inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain detailed contact logs
• Collect, update, reconcile, and store data, funds, and inventory records
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• MUST be Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• 1+ year experience in administrative or clerical support
• Strong organizational and data entry skills
• Customer service and communication proficiency
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Timekeeping and payroll systems
• Document management platforms
• Inventory tracking tools
• Standard office equipment (printer, scanner, copier)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with government or public sector operations
• Experience handling confidential records
• Prior use of procurement or requisition systems
