COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20 - $23/hr
• Must be flexible for any schedule, 24/7/365 (first 4–6 weeks: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for training)

ROLE IMPACT
As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will provide critical first-level support to end-users, ensuring uninterrupted access to key systems and applications. Success in this role is defined by your ability to troubleshoot efficiently and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver consulting support on technology standards and best practices to customers.
• Respond to Service Desk calls, providing technical assistance for Windows operating systems, hardware issues, and application monitoring.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory group policy/security concerns, and system imaging tools.
• Conduct tier-1 network and telecommunications troubleshooting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ months experience in a 24/7 IT Service Desk or IT customer service call center.
• Flexibility to work ANY shift, including overnight, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and enterprise-level imaging tools.
• EPIC system experience is a plus.
