Join Our Team as a Production Worker – Shape the Future of Window Blinds and Shades!
Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM - Overtime: Saturdays as needed
Pay - $17.00 hourly

What You’ll Do

Operate manual and automated machinery used in the production of window blinds

Read and follow production specifications, blueprints, or measurements with accuracy

Measure materials precisely and cut components to exact sizes

Assemble and package finished window coverings to meet quality standards

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on production equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Ok with standing 8 to 10 hour shift
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong knowledge of manual and automated machinery

Excellent measurement skills – tape measure proficiency required

Attention to detail and a focus on quality

Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.

Dependable, punctual, and a team player

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
