IT Services Analyst
Location Louisville, KY | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $19-$21 (BOE)
• First shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday–Friday, no weekends or on-call
• W2 Contract
ROLE IMPACT
The IT Services Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations for internal staff. This role supports both daily user needs and escalated incidents, acting as a liaison between end users, technical teams, and IT leadership to maintain and enhance system performance and service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Resolve escalated technical issues from Level 1 Service Desk and assist analysts as needed
• Monitor incident progress to ensure timely resolution and updates
• Deliver hands-on support for software installation, backup/recovery, and customized application requests
• Provide operational coverage and support for BrightSpring’s Genius Bar IT solutions
• Contribute to IT knowledgebase and lead or assist in projects for new tech and applications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred
• 2+ years in a technical or IT customer support role, working across organizational levels
• Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing platforms
• Proficiency in Windows 10, Office365, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
• Certifications such as Net+, CCNA, HDI, or ITIL are a plus
