Bilingual Events & Office Coordinator
Fort Worth, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $17.00–$19.50 per hour
• Monday–Friday 8am - 5pm , occasional weekends
• W2, Temporary (~13 weeks) with potential for permanent hire
• Start date: ASAP (preferred by end of month)

ROLE IMPACT
This position ensures seamless guest experiences and event coordination directly supporting internal departments and visitors. It blends reception coverage, administrative logistics, and cultural sensitivity, contributing to smooth operations and a welcoming environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Schedule and coordinate internal/external events and meetings, including room reservations, setup, catering, and post-event cleanup

•    Serve as backup Welcome Center receptionist: manage phones, greet visitors, and maintain lobby presence

•    Use Outlook and internal systems to manage calendars, bookings, and access/security coordination

•    Support general administrative tasks: mail handling, file maintenance, supply orders, and equipment upkeep

•    Translate and support Spanish-speaking visitors; maintain materials (e.g., brochures, applications) in both languages

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

•    2+ years administrative, receptionist, or event coordination experience

•    Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish - REQUIRED*

•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Outlook)

•    Valid Texas Driver’s License; must be 21


CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS:

•    Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

•    Internal databases (e.g., Evolve, security platforms)

•    Multi-line phone systems

•    Digital and paper filing systems

•    Scheduling and room management tools


EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

•    Regular computer and phone use; frequent sitting

•    Must lift up to 10 lbs.; setup/takedown of event materials (tables, chairs, supplies)

•    May drive company vehicle for errands or catering pickups

•    Requires occasional evening/weekend availability


PREFERRED SKILLS:

•    Experience with calendar management and executive scheduling

•    Customer service in hospitality or education environments

•    Basic knowledge of facilities or kitchen supply coordination
