ROLE IMPACT
The Program Strategist is central to advancing the Business and Commercial Opportunities Development Program for the Airport System. This role leads strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and execution of initiatives to foster small business participation. By aligning program activities with long-term airport and community goals, the strategist ensures measurable outcomes that strengthen local economic impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives supporting small business engagement with airport operations
• Oversee event logistics, content development, and outreach for workshops and training
• Analyze performance data and create reports to assess program success and drive improvements
• Build and manage relationships with business associations and chambers of commerce
• Ensure program documentation aligns with current vendor registration processes and compliance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years' experience in program strategy, business development, or public-sector engagement
• Knowledge of procurement, contracting, and small business regulatory environments and High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills across diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for tracking program metrics
