Call Center Agent

Compensation & Schedule
• $20/hr
• Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm
ROLE IMPACT
This hybrid role supports both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment, requiring professional communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage confidential information. Success is defined by your ability to resolve service issues promptly and contribute to cross-functional improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
• Maintain professionalism in challenging interactions
• Identify and report process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate issues as needed
• Manage and safeguard confidential information
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ years’ experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce and SAP a plus
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Salesforce
• SAP
• Standard office equipment (phones, copiers, fax machines)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with pharmaceutical products
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible schedule to adapt to evolving business needs
