Title Specialist – Vehicle Financing
Location: North Fort Worth, TX (76177) | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
•$19-$21/hr
• Full-time, flexibility for an 8hr shift between 8am-6pm

ROLE IMPACT
This role supports the vehicle financing lifecycle for a major portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely processing of title documents. By managing title corrections, transfers, and exception reports, the Title Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining compliance and minimizing operational delays for both retail and commercial accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process incoming/outgoing departmental mail related to title documentation
• Execute title perfection, corrections, and State-to-State or Lease-to-Retail title transfers
• Follow up on title deficiencies and manage title vendor exception reports
• Provide phone and email support to resolve title-related issues for internal and external customers
• Maintain organized records and adhere to timelines and regulatory requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of vehicle title processing experience- REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to work independently
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Internal title processing systems
• State-specific title management platforms
• Email ticketing and phone systems
• Document management systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in commercial vehicle finance
