• $21.00/hour
• Monday–Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm (Training: 8:00am - 5:00pm for 4 weeks)
• Temp to Hire

ROLE IMPACT
Support patients in navigating complex pharmacy benefits in a non-retail setting. This role is critical in ensuring timely, affordable, and compliant access to medications. Success means accurate coordination across healthcare stakeholders and compassionate service in a high-volume call center environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and pharmacies
• Guide members through prescription benefit access and affordability options
• Handle inbound/outbound calls
• Triage inquiries
• Manage claims and forms
• Execute prior authorizations
• Ensure documentation accuracy
• Maintain compliance while resolving member issues empathetically
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Pharmacy Technician License or PTCB Certification (Required)
• 1–2+ years’ experience in PBM, mail order, or pharmacy support setting
• High-volume call center or healthcare triage experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort with claims, benefits, and patient documentation
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Pharmacy claims and benefit systems
• Prior authorization portals
• EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• CRM and HIPAA-compliant call center tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Knowledge of patient assistance programs
• Strong written and verbal communication
