ROLE IMPACT
This role supports a high-volume call center focused on managing fleet services and dispatch operations for automotive clients. You will lead a team of agents handling service coordination, issue resolution, and customer communication. Success in this role is defined by high team performance, SLA adherence, and improved customer satisfaction metrics.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise a team of call center agents handling fleet dispatch, maintenance coordination, and client escalations
• Monitor performance metrics, QA call logs, and coach team members on service quality and efficiency
• Liaise with internal departments and third-party vendors to ensure timely vehicle service resolution
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and productivity reporting using workforce tools
• Lead team huddles, training refreshers, and performance reviews


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a call center or dispatch environment
• 1+ year in automotive, fleet management, or logistics support roles
• Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required


CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Fleet management platforms (e.g., Fleetio, Verizon Connect)
• CRM or call center software (e.g., Five9, Salesforce, Zendesk)
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Workforce management systems
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)


PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience with vehicle telematics platforms
• Familiarity with DOT compliance or commercial fleet regulations
