ROLE IMPACT
As the first point of contact for the firm’s clients and partners, the Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This position supports smooth front-office operations, including call handling, appointment scheduling, and conference room coordination—contributing directly to the efficiency of the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer multi-line phones, greet and direct guests, and provide location assistance
• Manage calendar and schedule appointments as requested
• Monitor and coordinate use of conference rooms
• Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership
• Perform other tasks as assigned to maintain office function
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ year administrative or office support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in professional services or finance industry environments
