Customer Care Associate
Location Irving, TX | Onsite


Compensation & Schedule
• $19.50/hour
• Monday – Friday: 7am - 6pm (8 hour shift)

ROLE IMPACT: As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll serve as a vital link between our client and their customers, delivering solutions with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. Your expertise in managing complex inquiries across multiple systems helps ensure a positive experience, even in high-volume or challenging situations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and minimal support
• Resolve complex customer issues while documenting interactions and escalating when needed
• Use up to 10 systems/tools to research and respond to client requests accurately
• Guide customers through issue resolution and educate where applicable
• Participate in onboarding support and knowledge sharing for new hires
• Meet individual/team service level metrics, response times, and adherence requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years in a customer service/support environment
• Experience in tax, banking, mortgage, or real estate sectors
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM with strong multitasking and MS Office proficiency

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Multi-screen CRM/data systems
• Internal customer ticketing & escalation platforms

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual proficiency
• Experience supporting high-stakes client-facing roles
• Background in customer onboarding or training support
