COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $85,000–$110,000 annually
• Full-time, Monday - Friday. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Review and reconcile general ledger entries and maintain accuracy across accounts
• Support budgeting and forecasting, analyzing variances and trends
• Oversee work-in-process (WIP) schedules and assist in job setup and change orders
• Coordinate internal/external audits and support regulatory compliance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, in construction
• Proficiency with large-scale ERP systems (Sage preferred; software transition underway)
• Strong foundation in job costing, WIP accounting, and GAAP standards
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Sage (current ERP)
• Microsoft Excel
• Financial modeling tools
• Job costing and WIP reporting platforms
• Audit and compliance tracking systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Actively pursuing or planning to pursue CPA or CCIP certification
• CFMA membership or exposure to construction finance associations
• Experience in construction firms with $25M+ annual volume
