COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $16.00–$22.00 per hour
• 40 hours/week; Day shift (7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM)
• Full-time, temp to hire
• Immediate start available
ROLE IMPACT
As the frontline connection to clients, the Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in shaping the client experience and maintaining brand trust. This role drives business results by converting inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments, ensuring calendar fulfillment, and promoting customer satisfaction through proactive communication and feedback collection.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with timely, professional service
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and follow up on outstanding quotes
• Schedule technicians and services while maintaining a 90% booked weekly calendar
• Facilitate feedback collection, including NPS and satisfaction surveys
• Participate in call coaching sessions to improve service delivery
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year in a customer service or contact center role
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with problem-solving mindset
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• VoIP phone systems
• CRM or scheduling platforms
• Email clients (Outlook, Gmail)
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Survey tools (e.g., NPS platforms)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience with outbound sales or appointment setting
• Comfort with call reviews and performance feedback
