Healthcare Enrollment Operations Specialist
Location: Grapevine, TX
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote after 90 days
Position: Healthcare Enrollment Operations Specialist
Compensation: Up to $60,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
Employment Type: Full-Time, W2

 

ROLE IMPACT
This position supports key enrollment and waiver operations for school-based healthcare programs. You’ll help ensure systems are set up correctly, troubleshoot data issues, and improve processes that directly impact students and educational partners. Your work will play a central role in maintaining compliance, enhancing efficiency, and improving the overall service experience during critical enrollment cycles.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage setup and updates for enrollment and waiver tools used by academic clients
• Collaborate across departments to resolve service issues and improve how work gets done
• Help test and launch new system features during project rollouts
• Research and resolve data problems, including compliance and logic issues in the system
• Suggest and help implement process improvements across school programs
• Contribute to internal guides and occasionally lead trainings on system tools

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in operations, systems support, or process improvement (education or benefits sector is a plus)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to follow detailed processes and explain them clearly to others


CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Client and enrollment platforms (training provided)
• Ticketing and tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Salesforce—experience helpful but not required)

 

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in education, healthcare enrollment, or insurance services
• Familiarity with compliance-driven workflows
• Prior involvement in cross-functional project rollouts
