COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20.40 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm; rotating Saturday every 4 weeks with a weekday off (Training: 9:00am–6:00pm)
• W2, Full-Time
• Start Date: ASAP


ROLE IMPACT
As a vital member of a specialty pharmacy support team, this role helps ensure timely, compassionate service to patients facing serious health conditions. The associate is a key liaison for managing prescription delivery, handling patient communications, and supporting pharmacy operations with accuracy and care.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls related to prescription coordination, insurance verification, and billing inquiries
• Route complex questions to licensed personnel and maintain accurate case logs in internal systems
• Process medical claims and assist with updates to patient accounts and pharmacy records
• Support refill requests, provide invoice documentation, and address pharmacy workflow tasks
• Report adverse events or product issues in compliance with internal escalation procedures


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree a plus
• 1+ year in a customer-facing call center or service environment
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills


CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• EPIC, ScriptPro, or comparable pharmacy systems
• Call center platforms such as Five9 or Avaya
• Claims processing tools
• Internal case management or CRM systems


PREFERRED SKILLS
• Exposure to pharmacy, healthcare, or medical office environments
• Working knowledge of insurance or claims workflows
• Empathetic and professional approach in patient interactions
