ROLE IMPACT
The Human Resources Partner plays a key role in aligning HR strategy with operational goals. This position acts as a trusted advisor to management while advocating for employees, directly impacting morale, engagement, and productivity across departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as HR consultant and coach to leaders on employee relations, performance, and talent development.
• Resolve complex employee issues, conduct investigations, and recommend actions in line with organizational policy.
• Analyze HR data trends to support decision-making on compensation, benefits, and organizational design.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead communication efforts that foster a positive, empowered workplace culture.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business/Public Administration, or Social Science; or equivalent experience (see below).
• 3+ years’ HR experience in employee relations, engagement, or performance management.
• 1+ year supervisory or lead experience required.
