Customer Service Representative I – Bilingual (Spanish)

ROLE IMPACT
As a frontline representative, you will deliver essential support to insurance policyholders, agents, and mortgage companies. Your role ensures timely, accurate service through call handling, document processing, and resolution of client inquiries. Success is measured by communication quality, compliance adherence, and productivity metrics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inquiries from policyholders, agents, and mortgage companies regarding policy status, billing, and claims
• Process policy endorsements, including mortgage updates and IT documentation uploads
• Manage First Notice of Loss calls and support document/photo submission for claims
• Provide technical and procedural support to customers and internal departments
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with federal/state insurance regulations and company protocols
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
• None required for entry-level role
• Prior insurance experience a plus, not required
CLINICAL SKILL SET
• Claims intake and documentation
• Endorsement and policy change processing
• CRM platforms and call center systems
• Document upload and claims workflow
• Understanding of insurance billing workflows
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
