Are you a digital content strategist who thrives on turning ideas into engaging, high-impact webinars? Do you excel at collaborating with thought leaders, customers, and industry experts to create content that informs, inspires, and generates real results? If so, we want you on our team!

This remote opportunity is perfect for a seasoned marketing professional who can fuse creativity with data-driven strategies to elevate brand awareness, boost lead generation, and deliver measurable ROI.


Shift -  Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:30pm EST

$34.50 hourly 

Contract - Sept 2025 to March 2026 


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Create relevant, educational, and engaging webinar content for target audiences through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external influencers (including KOLs, customers, suppliers, and subject matter experts).

  • Brand Growth: Drive brand awareness and develop webinars that generate leads for products, services, and technologies.

  • Brand Consistency: Implement brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across all webinar content.

  • Omnichannel Impact: Adapt and distribute content across web, social media, and email to maximize reach and relevance.

  • Innovation & ROI: Lead national pilot programs on social platforms to prove ROI and prepare strategies for scalability.

  • Collaboration: Partner with freelancers to host webinars and ensure smooth delivery.

  • Special Projects: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and other assigned duties.


Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels and content marketing strategies.

  • Understanding of omnichannel marketing and ROI metrics.

  • Proficiency in Zoom webinar hosting.

  • Experience managing freelancer-hosted webinars.


General Skills & Competencies

  • Preferred: Knowledge of dental industry practices.

  • Proficiency in Zoom, Asana, and related tools.

  • Excellent planning, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues effectively.


Minimum Work Experience

  • 5–7 years in webinar content marketing/editorial roles targeting B2B and B2B2C audiences.

  • 3–5 years supporting downstream marketing programs that drive measurable business results (revenue, profit, or demand generation).


Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required; Master’s degree a plus.
