CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a leading healthcare solutions provider seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support benefit reverification projects and uphold the highest standards of data accuracy.
Position: Quality Assurance Specialist (Contractor)
Location: Remote- Must reside in TX, NC, SC, TN, KY, IN, GA, or AZ only
Pay: $21/ hour
Start Date: Early November
Schedule: Must be flexible on schedule and hours – occasional travel may be required
What You’ll Do:

Review a set number of benefit verifications daily for completeness and accuracy

Document evaluations using established quality scorecards and monitoring templates

Provide performance feedback and identify trends based on QA evaluations

Participate in calibration meetings to maintain consistency of standards and expectations

Update QA documentation and follow departmental quality control protocols
What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of experience in benefit investigations or similar medical/insurance work
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform 100% QC checks on large amounts of data

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills
-
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs preferred
