Quality Assurance Specialist
Remote – Must reside in: TX, NC, SC, TN, KY, IN, GA, AZ

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18–$20/hour depending on experience
• Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 8:00pm EST (Occasional Saturdays)
• Contract, W2
• Start Date: Early November

ROLE IMPACT
The Quality Assurance Specialist supports the Micro-Hub program by ensuring benefit reverification processes meet strict quality standards. This role directly impacts the accuracy of benefit verification documentation, error prevention, and compliance with program protocols. Success is measured by consistency, precision, and adherence to daily review quotas, ultimately supporting timely and accurate patient benefit communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review daily benefit verification files for completeness and accuracy using established quality scorecards.
• Document findings, post scorecards to job files, and ensure corrections are made before release of Statements of Benefit.
• Participate in calibration meetings to align QA expectations, standards, and evaluations.
• Identify performance trends and provide feedback to supervisors and operations leadership.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation per quality monitoring protocols.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years’ experience in benefit investigations or related medical/insurance work.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet daily quotas.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing QC protocols in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs preferred.
