• Monday–Friday, availability between 7a-7p CST

ROLE IMPACT
The Quality Control Specialist ensures benefit reverification processes meet established quality standards before Statements of Benefit are released. This role safeguards data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency by reviewing benefit verifications, documenting findings, and collaborating with supervisors and leadership to maintain high performance and reduce errors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review assigned daily benefit verifications for completeness and accuracy using established quality protocols
• Document evaluations using departmental templates, scorecards, and quality monitoring tools
• Identify errors and omissions, ensuring corrections prior to benefit statement release
• Maintain updated quality documentation and participate in QA calibration meetings
• Track trends from evaluations and share performance insights with operations leadership
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years’ experience of QA working in benefit investigations, reimbursement support, or related medical/insurance work
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to conduct 100% QC checks on large data sets
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas and quality metrics

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Quality monitoring platforms and scorecard tools
• Customer care and reimbursement program systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Knowledge of patient assistance programs and reimbursement processes
• Experience in remote, high-volume quality review environments
• Strong communication and feedback delivery skills
