JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is critical to creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for a private event in Miami Beach. The Guest Relations Specialist will ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure, support event setup, and maintain the client’s brand image through professional service and presentation. Success in this role is defined by guest satisfaction, efficient coordination, and seamless event execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with pre-event setup, ensuring venue readiness and professional presentation
• Welcome and greet guests, providing directions and assistance as needed
• Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor throughout the event
• Collaborate with event staff to support operations and address guest needs promptly
• Monitor guest flow and assist with any logistical coordination
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or event experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during the event
• Professional presentation; business casual attire required (black slacks and solid color top)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in VIP or private event settings
