Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (100% onsite)
Overtime: No OT required (though current employees are working overtime due to this vacancy)
Work Environment: Collaborative, structured, and detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
• Heavy data entry with a focus on accuracy (including handling large purchase orders, such as a recent $1.9 million PO)
• Extensive email correspondence to ensure smooth transactions and clear communication
• Interact with all departments to facilitate order processing and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and update records in Microsoft Dynamics (formerly Great Plains), Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook
• Assist in ensuring a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business
• Follow structured training processes, including shadowing with the Culinary Chef to understand company equipment operations
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail – accuracy is critical
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced but low-pressure environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics (Excel testing not required)
• Alpha-numeric data entry experience required 8k
• No prior manufacturing experience needed
Work Environment & Team:
• Currently a team of four – hiring one additional person to complete the team
• Punctuality is key – the team operates on a structured 8-5 schedule
• No overtime required, but the team is currently working OT due to this vacancy
