• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT
This role serves as the first point of contact between patients and the organization, facilitating essential communication, prescription coordination, and data accuracy. Success in this position ensures timely access to medication, efficient patient record handling, and a high standard of customer service in a healthcare environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to inbound calls from patients and providers with professionalism and empathy
• Initiate outbound calls to gather prescription details or clarify shipment needs
• Coordinate scheduling of prescription shipments and address delivery concerns
• Maintain up-to-date patient profiles and accurate documentation in company systems
• Collaborate with pharmacists, leadership, and third-party hubs to resolve issues
• Uphold confidentiality in all patient communications and adhere to HIPAA standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Call center or healthcare support experience preferred
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Scheduling and CRM systems
• HIPAA-compliant platforms
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Associate degree or higher in a healthcare-related field
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
