• $17.00 per hour
• Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Training: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• W2

ROLE IMPACT
This position supports pharmacy operations by ensuring accurate data entry and assisting with patient communications. The role plays a vital part in maintaining compliance and enhancing the customer experience for patients and providers. Conversion to full-time employment is possible based on performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accurately enter information across multiple pharmacy-related systems
• Perform data entry for multiple healthcare and insurance programs
• Handle occasional inbound and outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and providers
• Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with CoverMyMeds standards
• Follow company procedures and maintain compliance throughout interactions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Board of Pharmacy Technician License required by first day of training
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Multi-line phone systems
• Internal pharmacy platforms and databases
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance practices
• Flexibility to adapt to different shifts during training periods
