ROLE IMPACT
The Client Services Back Office Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting credit dispute resolution workflows. This position ensures accurate and compliant documentation handling, directly contributing to the integrity of customer credit accounts and overall service quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process inbound mail related to credit disputes and customer account documentation
• Digitally image and attach received documents to respective customer records
• Print and prepare outgoing correspondence for proper case tracking
• Ensure accurate, confidential handling of documents and dispute materials
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of prior experience in credit dispute or financial services operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

PREFERRED SKILLS
