ROLE IMPACT
As a first-level HR Support Specialist, you will be a key contact for employees, people leaders, and external stakeholders seeking assistance with HR matters. Your role ensures a positive employee experience by delivering empathetic, accurate, and timely support while navigating multiple HR systems. Success is defined by your ability to resolve inquiries efficiently and uphold confidentiality and compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound HR inquiries via phone and electronic channels from employees, managers, and third parties
• Provide first-call resolution or triage cases to appropriate Shared Services departments
• Accurately document case details and follow up through ServiceNow or equivalent platforms
• Communicate empathetically and clearly in both verbal and written formats
• Leverage multiple HR systems and tools (e.g., SharePoint, knowledge bases, Microsoft Teams) to support resolution

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year experience in Contact Center, Case Management, HR, or Customer Service (non-negotiable)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
