Member Services Specialist
Location: Irving, TX 75039 | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18-$19.50/hour based on experience
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• W2, Long term contract assignment
• Start date: 09/08/25

ROLE IMPACT
The Member Services Specialist ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to healthcare-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. This role supports members in navigating their insurance benefits, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a consistent, quality customer service experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages regarding healthcare benefits and coverage
• Investigate and resolve member issues, complaints, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Explain insurance plans, policies, and pre-authorization processes clearly to members
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and issue resolution

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED (verification required)
• 1+ year customer service in healthcare or medical insurance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Good job stability (a minimum of 1 year at all previous roles)

• Must live within a 30 mile radius of Irving, TX 75039
