Escrow Assistant

Compensation & Schedule
• $19.50/hour
• Monday - Friday: Business Hours
ROLE IMPACT: This role supports the Escrow department by providing administrative and customer service assistance for residential closings. You’ll ensure smooth transactions by preparing and organizing closing documents, coordinating with clients, and maintaining transaction records in line with established processes. Success is measured by your ability to keep operations on track and deliver professional, detail-driven service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Open new escrow orders and input data into the system
• Prepare and manage closing documents, including statements and disbursements
• Communicate transaction requirements and timelines to clients
• Interpret agreements related to closing and ensure all necessary documentation is complete
• Support escrow officers and team operations with routine administrative tasks
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of escrow-related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Internal client and escrow systems (training provided)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Knowledge of residential real estate transactions
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
