Escrow Receptionist

Compensation & Schedule
• $15.20/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible)
ROLE IMPACT: As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Escrow Receptionist plays a critical role in supporting office operations and creating a professional, welcoming environment. This role ensures efficient front-desk management and administrative support in a fast-paced escrow office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and direct visitors, answer multi-line phones, and route calls appropriately
• Provide general information and directions to clients and callers
• Manage calendars, receive payments, process mail, and coordinate deliveries
• Create and print documents, manage supplies, and support various clerical tasks
• Maintain visitor access logs and issue security passes when necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years of receptionist experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Multi-line phone system
• Office printers, scanners, and photocopiers
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with organizational efficiency
