Compensation & Schedule
• Pay: $21/hour
• Monday–Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
• W2 | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

ROLE IMPACT
As a Department Lead, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow and performance of your assigned team, promoting efficient processes, employee engagement, and service quality across human resources, customer service, or procurement support functions. This is a hands-on leadership position with a direct line of influence over productivity and team development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise daily operations of a designated department or functional area
• Ensure quality standards and operational goals are met consistently
• Train new hires and implement ongoing procedural updates across the team
• Maintain HR responsibilities related to scheduling, attendance, and staff communication
• Review and manage departmental reports, invoices, and operational logs
• Promote a safe working environment aligned with IIPP standards
• Travel or attend offsite meetings as needed
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration and support other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED
• 2–3 years of experience in a professional office environment
• Comfortable leading small teams and managing task flow

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Internal reporting or invoice management platforms

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results in a production-driven environment
