Customer Service Representative

• Full time - Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm

ROLE IMPACT
This role supports the daily operations of a sales center by acting as the key liaison between customers, sales, and production teams. You will ensure orders are accurately processed and inquiries are promptly resolved to maintain service excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle incoming calls, screen requests, and route inquiries for orders, quotes, and scheduling
• Respond to customer inquiries about order tracking, product availability, and expediting
• Enter orders and requests for products into sales invoicing systems
• Communicate updates regarding backorders, credit issues, or delays to customers
• Liaise between the sales center and plant departments to ensure clear communication and timely responses
• Process daily paperwork necessary for the sales center's operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–3 years of customer service experience (door industry preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), Lotus Notes, and PC-based software
• Solid math skills
